About Survivor Blast

Survivor Blast is a free, browser-based survival shooter. Waves of enemies close in from every direction, and you don't aim or shoot — you move. Your weapon locks onto the nearest threat and fires automatically, so every run comes down to positioning, timing, and the build you put together as you level up.

There's nothing to install. Open the page, hit Play, and you're in a wave straight away. It runs on desktop with a keyboard, on mobile with touch controls, and with a plugged-in gamepad.

How to Play

• Move, don't aim. WASD or arrow keys on desktop, the on-screen stick on mobile, or a gamepad's left stick. Your weapon fires at the nearest enemy on its own.
• Collect XP gems dropped by defeated enemies. Filling the XP bar levels you up and pauses the action for an upgrade pick.
• Build a loadout of up to 6 abilities. Once you're full, picking a new one asks you to swap out an existing one.
• Trigger active abilities with their bound key, a controller face button, or a mobile ability button. Passives apply automatically.
• Survive the boss that shows up every 10th wave — a weak build usually falls here.
• Sign in (top right) to save your best score to the leaderboard, or start a multiplayer room to team up with friends.

Build Your Loadout

Survivor Blast has a wide pool of weapons, active abilities, and passives to mix and match, each with 5 upgrade levels. A few examples:

• Mini Gun (weapon) — sprays automatic fire at the nearest enemy, gaining pierce at higher levels.
• Black Hole (active) — opens a vortex that drags nearby enemies in and grinds them down.
• Chain Lightning (passive) — every 10 kills, arcs a stunning shock between enemies.
• Railgun (passive) — a slow-charging shot that hits hard, especially against bosses.
• Marked for Death (active) — marks the toughest enemy on screen for massively increased damage, built purely for melting bosses.

Because you can only carry 6 abilities at once, a run comes down to real trade-offs — crowd control against single-target burst, survivability against raw damage.

Maps & Difficulty

• Classic — a neon grid arena with balanced pacing. The best place to learn a new build.
• Galaxy — a cosmic re-skin with a rotating blade hazard added into the mix.
• Eclipse Citadel — a shifting crystal-laser maze where you only get a few seconds to find each gap.

Three difficulty settings — Easy, Normal, and Hard — scale enemy strength up or down, so you can tune the challenge to whatever you're building.

Multiplayer & Leaderboards

Sign in to save your best score and wave to the global leaderboard, or create a multiplayer room and invite friends. Multiplayer runs in real time with live chat, so you can fight the same wave together instead of solo.

Tips for Surviving Longer

• Keep moving — standing still is how you get surrounded.
• Don't dive into a crowd just to chase XP. Let gems come to you, or pick up a pull ability.
• Pair a crowd-control ability with something built for bosses. Most runs that stall out on a boss wave were built to farm early enemies, not survive later ones.
• Passive healing buys you room to make mistakes — lean on it if you're still learning a map.
